Educate. Radiate. Elevate. is a nonprofit with a purpose to strengthen the achievement of underserved students by providing them with high-quality intensive tutoring in academics, enrichment, test prep, and essential learning and life skills. Every 4 months, each student is provided with 18 hours of one-on-one tutoring with a trained professional mentor of their choice. All sessions are student-centered, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and intertwined with instruction in the underlying learning and life skills. Students with good attendance are invited to continue for additional terms until they graduate high school, at which point we connect them with additional resources through our partnerships with other service providers. The mission of E.R.E. is to minimize disproportionate learning losses of disadvantaged students and to provide economic, social, and emotional stability for the youth served, their families, and their communities.
